No SWEAT! Here are a few tips and tricks
to make your first ride a great ride!

Be sure to arrive 15 minutes early. Upon check in, first time riders MUST sign a First Ride Waiver. The Get Sweat Squad will help you get your bike set up according to your height.
Be sure to wear active/workout gear comfortable shoes and socks. You will SWEAT. We recommend you wear SWEAT suitable clothing.
If you are sensitive to loud music, we provide complimentary earplugs at the front desk. Make sure you grab some.
Our BIKES are dual sided so you can clip in or slide in. Our bikes are compatible with "straight SPD clips" that can be purchased in house. We do not rent spin shoes.
Please come with your sneakers or cleats ready to ride.
We offer complimentary lockers in our studio for your personal belongings. Please place all personal belongings in your lockers.
HYDRATE! Our cycling room is heated so riders will experience an increase in sweating. Make sure you drink plenty of water and electrolytes throughout the day prior, during & after your ride.
Cell phone usage/Talking during your ride is not allowed. Please silence your phones and hold your conversations until after your ride. (You may take pictures before and after your ride. This is YOUR time, make it count!!!
